If she was upset about people interacting with Tomoko she'd be upset all the time. Tomoko doesn't give Asuka as much attention as any of her other friends, and that's always been the case.

The "problem" is that she doesn't know who Naruse (Yuu-chan) is, and just hearing that she got a phone call tells her whoever it is, she's "definitely more important to Tomoko than her". Best friend? Girlfriend? She doesn't know, that's the problem, especially after she was feeling high from thinking she was special. She's jealous, but not possessive. Probably more hurt if anything. She was obviously already torn up that Tomoko basically gave her a one word response after she was being obviously pushy and worried Tomoko was avoiding her.

BUT if Tomoko comes back and then Asuka starts asking her about Yuu then I would be worried. Also, I'm not sure yet if Tomoko called Yuu or viceversa, but yeah with that panel effect, it was probably Tomoko who made the call... But that's like her in every chapter, to bring someone up 10 steps and then let them down 5

Which is true, Yuu is important to Tomoko because of how kind she was back then to keep up with Tomoko old shenanigans. She basically always sexually harrass Yuu while Yuu didn't object much. It will a lieto say that Yuu isn't Tomoko best friend becauseof what she had done to her despite Tomoko's attitude toward her.

As for the replys, Yuri just send '"well"so kinda hard to reply to that. Nemo taunt her and to be honest i will have not reply either and she doesn't know it was Ucchi who send the last and to be fair it was kinda creepy. Was normal to assume she will only reply to Asuka since she was the only one to send a normal message, even if like Tomoko said it was more like a mom asking her kid.

The problem is that Yuu have been friend with Tomoko from much longer and i think the only one to call her by a nickname. Yuu also seem to deosn't mind all Tomoko strange requests while Asuka have accept the breast one just because Tomoko said she done it with a friend. If i had to rank Tomoko important person atm it will be Yuu first and the Senpai Student council president second, mostly because it's the only time Tomoko have cry for someone.
