Yeah... I still find it hot because of cute girls but I would like things were written differently
In itself the plot seems... faulty.
You cant be just friends with someone that desperately wants to be more than that.
It would be tortute to for Mai to just have her feelings feelings forever because of MC just wanting her as a friend.
But how she is also forcing her feelings on MC and not even following the rules they imposed with the whole friend/lover thing... Not cool.

Why of course your wanting the same thing, we need only abolish the idea of friends so ya slide into lovers and yer set, although it may be beneficial to establish the chill atmosphere of friends with the intimacy of yuri
