It's a Japanese film so you wouldn't see many promos. It's doing really well, has been sold out constantly and just extended its stay by a week as a result. Editor and author have been talking about how well it's done and how happy/surprised they are for a short limited release film to have its success. Still not sure when these episodes will come to streaming but they'll announce that soon.

Arc of the series? Definitely not. The LNs are much further than the anime and manga. It's basically the conclusion to Renako's question of what to do with her feelings for Mai and Ajisai. The manga is near there as well.
