Yeah dont think there is a change for them to join. Cant remember a whole lot from the earlier chapters, but wasnt Satsuki not really romantically but more like a Bet or something? And Kaho hasnt had any romantical events or anything either.

If we are realistic it Will probably be Renako and Ajisai getting together since thats what the author has been focusing a lot on

Satsuki, at the very least, has something going on between her and Mai and, while she definitely started things with Rena with a bet of sorts, her feelings for Rena are at least complicated on that matter rather than simply her not romantically interested.

And Kaho hasnt had any romantical events or anything either.

Yet. There's still time. Plus, the volume of the light novel that comes after the one being adapted right now appears to be Kaho-centric.

Ok, but, like, Rena clearly has feelings for her and Mai's got a complicated past with her, but it doesn't seem all that unlikely that her feelings would develop in that way. And she doesn't need to date Ajisai. Not every polycule is everyone dating everyone else.
