I think people are giving Nemo's mom a bit too much flak. She only outright dismissed Nemo's dreams after Nemo (stupidly) said that what she did was a "normal part" or "expected" of the career which would give any parent concern considering what the act in question was. Nemo isn't completely wrong but she portrayed it in the worst way possible because Tomoko warped her perception a bit. I mean she was clearly fine with helping Nemo pursue her dreams before this incident so the whole idea that she's cock blocking her seems disingenuous. She's just worried that she's getting involved in some rather spurious work.

I love Nemo, she's a dumbass but you can't help but want to root for her because she's a dumbass who frequently gets taken for a ride by Tomoko (not saying Tomoko is malicious but Tomoko likely doesn't realize how literally Nemo takes her snark instead of facetiously as intended). Yuri and her are the ones with the most potential for growth now after Tomoko has essentially completed her arc. Yuri seems to have come to terms with how she interacts with her new friend group so she's slowly making progress and hopefully Nemo takes what happened to heart and grows a bit as well.

Nemo rant aside, I'm surprised Tomoko didn't mention Yoshida as one of the "normal" girls. Arguably she is the most normal out of all of them, in fact she might be too normal given her pure innocence is frequently the butt of jokes. The only time we really see her acting weird is when she's desperate to try and get closer to Tomoki because she's just a pure maiden in love and doesn't know how to express herself well.
