sounds more like envy, they envy that s/he is liked by the manas...
When you can see mana in the air as it's used, most mages look like people holding a flashlight to light their way, sounds like the MC is lighting the way with an overloaded tazer, just Tesla coils hurling out an incredible amount of electricity around and she's holding it like it's a torch or even just a lighter.

They seem to forget that our protag here is a Dark Elf, so trying to compare it with their human magic standards might be pointless as Dark Elves in this world might be blessed with magic unique to their race.
The wojaks “human prodigies” vs The chad “it comes naturally” Dark Elf

They're just sassy little kids and for what it's worth, they did study a lot, so the fact Haruka's so abnormal of course would alarm them.

And
She's incredible even by Elven standard since it subtly confirm her body related/belonged to a god

From the perspective of a normal mage, Haruka is indeed creepy.

No training, no teaching, no grasp of concepts or fundamentals, and at the absolute top of the power scale without realizing it.

Luckily, everyone other than the twins has moved into "you get used to it" territory, so the abnormality doesn't bother them anymore.

Haruka's part of the "youngsters" when she's probably the oldest one there... Even the guy that looks around the same age as Haruka's old man form is probably much younger, considering the level of technology in this world.

Here's waiting for some other elf to actually date her and turns out she is twice her human age or even well into the hundreds.

Just a reminder, just because the average age of past was way lower, doesn't mean people didn't live to a ripe old age. The statistics are skewed heavily by high infant and child mortality rates. Still, with lack of proper medical understanding and even less access to whatever medicine, any bad wound could lead to your deaths. But even then, you had soldiers live through quite horrible shit and live to a relatively or actually old age.
Much of that anyhow is mooted, due to magic. The common cause of death is infection, be it a disease or due to an injury and both of those can be waved away with magic spells or herbs in fantasy. Therefore, lifespans in fantasy settings, violence aside, would approach modern times, unless magic and magic herbs are rare and hard to access, which rarely is the case.
