Try making (and eating) food with less sugary, and oily ingredients (or use alternatives). If you go out to eat a lot, I'd suggest to cut down on it. Drinking lots of water helps, some people say it can be most effective in between meals so for example, you just ate a few minutes ago and you are feeling peckish, drinking water then could stop you feeling hungry.

calorie deficit along with aerobic workouts and good macros, like what the other guy said, less sugary stuff, also eat stuff with high fiber content to help you feel fuller, a good healthy snack would be something like a banana or avocado

Exercising often helps, cardio probably being most effective.
DON'T STARVE YOURSELF EAT WELL.
as long as you eat healthier you can undertake a habit of eating slightly healthier everyday.
If you want to lose fat, i recommend a keto diet, since eating fatty foods forces (fatty foods forces hehe) your body to use fat as a main energy source, instead of carbs and such.
If you want upper-body muscles, i can personally say that doing the "Hit The Deck" program really did it for me.
It's three weeks of pushups every 15, 30, 45 ,50 , or 60 minutes, and a certain amount each time of a total.
For example say you can do 20, then week 1 would be this: (i used this https://d3suu.neocities.org/russianpushup.html )
Day 1 (30% every 60min): 6 pushups
Day 2 (50% every 60min): 10 pushups
Day 3 (60% every 45min): 12 pushups
Day 4 (25% every 60min): 5 pushups
Day 5 (45% every 30min): 9 pushups
Day 6 (40% every 60min): 8 pushups
Day 7 (20% every 90min): 4 pushups

as for lower-body muscle... i don't know.
