Its nice that you filled a gap in the chapters for this series on MangaDex, but the reason why the other translator skipped Vol 8 & 9 (Ch. 35~46) is that the official English releases have been out for a while. The previous group dropped the series after the English releases were coming out from J-Novel, which is up to Vol. 9 (Ch. 47~51) now and the full volume release by 2024-12-25.

Not knocking on your work though as comparing to the official English your wording & word choice may be different (not a negative since at times they used some less common words on the official one that I'm not fond off at times) but the story is still the same.

I thought about reading the other chapters, but I got distracted and forgot about it, since it would take more work than just clicking on an update link here.

So rare to have a Chinese style dish. Although a lot of dishes are named like that, but are really just native to whatever country they're in, not what it claims to be.

Sometimes I wonder if it's possible to mention the taste of food in a manga without these ridiculous foodie phrases.

they would've done something at this point if they did, consider older chapters are ones they already translated, and when kittyblue picked this up at chapter 47, J-novel was already at 51 (they have just translated 52, which is actually in volume 9, not volume 10 like kittyblue has it listed.)

They'll only care if someone uploads rips of their translations probably

Note that J-novel also licenses by volume, so they won't have any chapters out for volume 10 until the japanese volume is prepared

Because 35, 41, 47 & 52 are links to the official english release by J-Novel Club, they're the first chapter of each manga volume, put here as samples.You see those gaps because nobody has been translating them, as mentioned above by P_U_T_T_Y, the scanlators dropped the series when there was an official licensed translation. Some people like the one who did this chapter have tried to fill the gap. If it's worth the time and effort is up in the air and if people want to read them.

Ok, this is my first ever uploaded chapter, so I gotta say this.
This is my favorite series, and since some guy continued to TL it, at least the latter part, I will try to fill in the gap. I don't know any Japanese, Photoshop and English is my second language but I'll try

Yeah, but some people, including me, don't want to read that in other sites, or can afford to read it officially(if that cost some kind of money). So i figured just fill the rest. If there's any newcomer to this series, they can read it from the beginning without having to go to other site
