Really? Well Shounen/Shoujo vs Seinen/Josei is just the age group the manga is aimed at, Shounen/Shoujo Ai vs Yaoi/Yuri is generally just a question of content, with the former being more "light" and the latter being more "heavy" (Can't think of a better way to put it), Martial Arts vs Wuxia is because Chinese Martial Arts stories is it's own genre compared to the more vague Martial Arts genre (Guess you could consider Wuxia to be a sub-genre of martial arts? Something similar but distinct enough differences to be it's own thing, not sure how to put it), user created vs Doujinshi is just down to distribution right?, and Traditional Games vs Video Games is just down to what type game the story is based off kind of like the name would suggest, since someone who likes stories based off video games might not like one based of board games or vice versa
