Hello, hello! It is time for the notes, the notes, the translator notes.
  • (p. 2) The flashback at the bottom is from Ch. 6, p. 10.
  • (p. 3) Unfortunately, the last panel was stretched haaard so that it'd be long enough not to have too much whitespace and also be easy to read across two bubbles. A more direct translation is "I think you've put all us mistaken ones back on the right track."
  • (p. 4) Bottom right panel is from Ch. 20, p. 2. I have no clue where the left panel is from.
  • (p. 5) This was a pain in the ass to typeset.
  • (p. 5) Oh my, is that an 8-Eleven?
  • (p. 7) Metal.
  • (p. 8) Three lines for a single word. Curse that extremely narrow bubble.
  • So that's it?! All the buildup on Takigawa-prez's side was just filler?! smashes keyboard
  • Jeez, the emotional pressure on Yuuto must have been really tough.
On a more personal note (feel free to skip over this paragraph), I did as much checking, rechecking, and retranslating as I could to get the best possible result. Though I'm not a stalker nor a creep, I can somewhat relate to Akira — the expectations on her from her mother, her rejection of her self, and the thing in this chapter (of course, all of these don't excuse or justify her behavior). I wanted to accurately convey Tetsukazu-sensei's authorship of her feelings, especially considering how close this hit to home. Can't relate with the part where someone likes her though!

Of course, this isn't the final chapter yet! The next chapter comes out on June 24, 2023. Maybe finally Akira can reject Yuuto so that the one true ship of Yuuto and Class Prez Takigawa can sail across the seas. Who knows. See you all then!

Ah yeah I’m good on this series, Ngl this reminds me of when I used to chase a girl who had a BF who also liked me at the same time, weird times and seeing the route this manga is taking, I think little bro will eventually get his happy ending, but the fans will probably shit on it a ton, Goodluck with the translations though peeps

yeah ok. lil bro acting like akira is the light of his life. motherfucker, did you or did you not call your older bro a hero? did you or did you not consider him to be family? but you're gonna turn a blind eye to the way your mom treats him? you're gonna use him as collateral so you can spend time with your first love? even though you know how uncomfortable he was with her?
man, this shit doesn't deserve to call kai his family. fucking disappear from his life. he is worse off just by being your brother.

I think Yuuto did the right thing by stopping Akira from ending her life. Because if she kills herself, Kai might think it was his fault. So saving her was a right decision. I know Akira is a terrible person but I don’t think she deserves to die and I don’t think neither Yuuto or Kai can live with the guilt from it.

I mean sure, but now begins the most toxic relationship I could possibly imagine, wouldn't be surprised if it could even drive his small brother off a building next, then again it didn't get as dark as I imagined o_o I honestly thought she'd end up killing him going like 'If I can't have him, no one can', or some shit

So... did anyone register that a child just tried to kill herself? Because I did, and I am kinda worried that instead of that being the focus of discussion, people are still treating her like some demonic bitch.

Look, I understand "yanderes are evil, they deserve hell haha" but... at this point is pretty obvious that this story isn't about the common yandere troupe, this is about children needing help.

Akira did some very condemnable things, but they weren't the most terrible examples of that and she isn't even close to being the root of evil in this story.

This won't be a pretty journey, I don't doubt Akira is very unstable and could do something terrible still... but she needs help, and sometimes a sincere and persistent hand is what is needed.

So let's just wait and see where this goes, and easy on the hate throttle a little, for now at least.
