What is the meaning of the second eyeball ?

From the "following update" screen, in single line mode there are two eyeballs. The left eyeball signifies chapter has been read or not. Lite or not.
On the right side of the line next to time since chapter has been released is a second eyeball. What function does it serve ? Clicking it is no different than clicking anywhere else of the line. You get to read the chapter.

So what is it for ?

Ok, I really thought it would not be human without a second eyeball. One eyeball=cyclops.
