Like, even if Momo were to reciprocate her feelings at this point, Hajime couldn't help feeling like she'd benefited from Kyou's death. It's just really unfortunate from every angle.

Yeah, a hint that Hajime had crush on Momo while her sister was still alive was in the extra for volume 5, but this extra is missing here on mangadex, a good drama could come out of this if the author doesn’t screw up

It's a downside of monthly series with multiple plot threads.

The two senpais are the ones in the rival band and the two younger girls are Aki's younger sister and the girl who recently confessed to her.

This why I thought it wasn't necessarily incest love but rather a fear of lonliness and jelousy. Imagine your sibling you adore and cherish leaves and no longer sees you as important as their partner. Like who would she prioritize in a fire? Something mentally extreme like that since teenagers are overly dramatic and stupid.

I'm giving the author the benefit of the doubt here that that was their intention and not some weird poopoo plotline.... I just can't live in a world where the author thought that plotline was a good idea. Let me be delusional plz.

Weirdly enough, people used to marry the sibling of their dead spouse if that sibling was unmarried... 0_0
