I've read that part of the novel and yep that's true. It's pretty close. He loves athy so much that even with missing memories, he still longs for athy and has love for her.

People keep saying that Jenette isn't at fault and that she is a "sweet girl." I think she is selfish. If she cared for Athy, whom she thinks is her sister, she wouldn't be prancing around meeting with Claude being all happy about it when her "sister" is a fugitive. She has zero compassion for Athy's situation. LUCAS COME BACK!

@HazyJ I could really care less about what he becomes in the future (and yeah I have seen and read the spoilers) and honestly his character doesn't seem to develop or change much. Doesn't mean that I dislike or hate his character, I do like him, but I just feel like it doesn't particularly go well with Athy's character as a love interest.

To me, I feel like he just has more of a mean type of teasing tsundere older brother/friend/mentor(?) feel rather than having a love interest type of feel to him.

Not to say that these type of characters aren't good love interests, I just don't particularly see or feel any of the tiniest romantic chemistry between Lucas and Athy.

I mean, yeah, there are clear instances where it's shown that Lucas has feelings for Athy but it just feels forced to me.

But everyone is entitled to their own opinion and this is just my take on Lucas and Athy's relationship and dynamic.

Pretty interesting how the situation has reversed. Now Janette has to tolerate her brother smothering Athy. Before she had a fancy for the king, it was the brother's affection she was looking for. I wonder if Janette can look inward and see that she has been hurting Athy... Or will she go to the Mr. Uncle...

Whooo! How does that feel? God, finally, we have someone who will take care of Athy. Ijikiel my best boy please do your best to help her. While we see Athy take everything Claude dished out with a smile it can't be easy being on the run. Just as we saw on this chapter it's taking its toll on her. By the time Lucas comes back he'll be totally dethrone by Ijikiel.

When is Lucas going to come back and whammy Claude back into form? This ammesiac route is ticking me off. So much unnecessary drama.

Eck, I just can't like Jeanette even though she hasn't really done anything wrong. She's just so naive. I wish all these schemes could be revealed already! I hope Ijikiel stays this good. I've already forgotten I liked Lucas lol, he's over.
