Literally no family (or super difficult & messed up & confused familial relationships) and the stranger is not safe...

Ezekiel and Lucas are both assholes honestly,at this point its just about compatibility.And in that department,Lucas definitely wins.

Lucas looks so handsome in his adult form and his way of teaching is so funny, he's an idiot genious if that makes sense haha.

In other things, Ezekiel really looked down there, I do wonder which path will follow the artist because at this point I think there's been a lot of effort in trying to makes us feel bad for Jeanette.

I said, "Give me some meaningful character/story development!"

I got Lucas being an abusively childish asshat scumbag who I fear being placed in the role of a parent. He legit made me reconsider my ships & now I feel almost like the princess needs to finds a better crop of men, while her & her cousin (along with everyone else in the cast) need couseling, advanced trauma therapy, and abuse recovery. Lucas needs a spanking for what he said to that kid. I mean, yeah, maybe, he motivated him to prove folks wrong, but on the other hand, that sort of statement can be horribly scarring, especially if the kid is raised as a pawn/innocent like he looked. It felt like Lucas kicks cats & steals lolly pops from toddlers. He's really development an unpleasant side that needs extreme levels of treatment on if he's to be around others.

Also, he's a shitty teacher. It's more that for comedic effect, Athy figures it out to show just how out of touch and nasty (like all of the Male leads in this story) Lucus is and how he looks far too similar to the villain. I legit thought that the kid was the villain & was like—"BAD LUCAS! [hits with rolled up newspaper] WE DON'T ABUSE PEOPLE! ESPECIALLY NOT CHILDREN! BAD LUCAS! BAD WIZARD! AND DON'T YOU DARE THINK ABOUT EATING ATHY'S SOUL PET OR SOMETHING WORSE, YOU VILE SHIT!… 🤔 is it truly so difficult to find a decent personality around here?"

Aww Jeanette gets a lot of hate but she's really not a bad person at all. She just wants to be loved and accepted into a family like Athy's since she's never gotten to experience the feeling of having people who genuinely care about her well-being (until Athy, that is) T^T Just hoping she doesn't go down the wrong path...

And geez Ijekiel (or I guess it's now Ezekiel?) you didn't really have to do her like that tho, I mean, who says that to someone's face
