@fadreus People are going to complain about anything and everything in comment sections. It's just the way the internet is. This site is largely designed to accommodate the scanlation soloists and groups. You're more than welcome to keep uploading your stuff here. Actually, even if you don't someone will probably notice your work on another site eventually and put it over here themselves as long as you haven't made a group to manage your uploading rights on here; plenty of groups aren't actively interacting with this site at all. Their stuff just gets uploaded by someone else if their upload policy settings aren't set to be group only.
