kinda weird how Japan goes last name > nickname > first name when we think of a nickname as something only close friends use for each other or parents for their kids.

I think in this case it'd probably be last name > nickname > first name > new nickname for the evolution over time. Otherwise it would've ordinarily skipped the first nickname based on surname I guess.

So basically Kasumi chose Tanutanu as a friend because her hair and head resembled the shape of the head of the bears her brother gives her. Works for me. I wonder if was learning witchcraft at the same time as street fighting?
