I'm finishing part 3 and starting part 4 right now. Breaking it up is also more so I can more easily see my work. It is really painful working on 10+ pages of cleaning, redrawing, TL and typesetting and still feel like I have nothing to show for it. But I am happy to splice it back into a single chapter.

Nobody is in a rush. If you can work on chapters in smaller pieces that's fine, but remember that we can wait until you are done so unless the publishers themselves provide split chapters it is always better to upload the full work over arbitrary splitting. Don't rush, it's not a race.

I checked chapter 3 again. The other sister's bangs are a different shape, so I don't think it's her.
I think she was the one sending letters to the empress and prince about the game's plot.
"I want to be by your side, no matter what. After all, this is love, just like you said."
This part of the chapter had me going back and forth a little. "No matter what" could mean she doesn't care whether the harem ending succeeds, so she'd have no reason to interfere using the letters. "This is love, just like you said", however, needs a "this" it's referring to, a "this" in the same vein as the heroine's manipulative love.
She's totally thwarting the harem ending to keep Potato Girl to herself, and she's totally using more indirect means (the letters) so that Potato Girl can happily and selfishly play with her capture targets for longer.
