@Vasqueztion I think they would get too much "noise" in a world that has so much wilderness, and fewer extinct animals. Plus Wind Arts can probably cloud the infrared with fake heat signatures, or hide real ones behind a cool breeze. I don't know, maybe if he makes an actual "life signs" scanner, and automates it, or puts it on a satellite... you know something that can actually tell you, 'that's a group of trained assassins, that is a mutant monstrosity come for your flesh, and that one over there is a seven foot tall foreign king having a nightly jog.'

By this time in the story I'm just "oh, stuff happened, how nice" and "Sun is a qt"and finally "that's a lot of scheming from everyone, but plot armour will protect"

For an isekai MC that has the power to make anything out of thin air, he sure lacks the imagination to use modern items. Other Isekai MC that doesn't have his cheat probably already has created heat seeking radars with long ranged anti personnel missile launchers attachment from just stone and wood.

I'm getting real lost in the story nowadays. Used to be dynamic, but at this point, it's so convoluted I can't help but think this is getting kinda tiresome to follow.

Honestly, although all they do is talk, I sort of welcome it. They're basically trimming down the multiple subplots and confusion of this arc to something more manageable, and sum it up.

@Redice Having reread this series, now I can answer your question: His power is very limited. He can't create anything out of nothing. He can only alter existing things. He can't even turn ore into metal, he needs already refined metal to make metal items. He also can't make fancy things since he wouldn't know how they work (and thus how to make them), plus they would be lacking power. The only natural, physical power he can add to items is simple linear movement. Of course he can add the usual RPG buffs, so maybe he could make light amplification night-vision. I'm not sure he would have the required buff for the real Predator vision in his repertoire.

Is it just me, or does this sound like the other isekai protags are the actual problem here? This one has some pretty reasonable limitations and all, as Kaarme has pointed out for reminder's sake.
