The power balance in this manga kinda got fucked.

Osamu and the other neighbor should be Rank A level already just from what was shown in the invasion arc and yet they're getting beat by Rank B agents.

Yeah they got nerfed hard

Though I feel like the bulk of Hyuse's power is from his black trigger not his skill in using a normal border trigger because he was canonically the youngest member of the Afrokator penetration team, and thus probably had less time to train with a non-black trigger
