I like to think that for most fantasy worlds that have not undergone explotation of natural resources means that most the their world is unhabited and combined with fully random distribution of isekai humans; we get the following scenarios being the most likely.

Considering only 2D; you're just likely to drown in the ocean or starve in the middle of the forests.

Considering 3D; you either fall to your death, drown again, or get rocktombed.

And considering planetary moments, you might just die in the vacuum of their space
