I’m guessing you are talking about the girl I forgot her name but she was in that arc where Bai Ji gather forces of her own and given memories of Solyanda where she was part of the species that have serve Solyanda since the 2nd age also seem like in the meeting table there was a vampire who look similar to Prime Minister Delano I guess it his son or something

Manga & Novel Differences:
This Chapter adapts Volume 12 Chapter 20-21 of the Web Novel, in the Novel after the convo with Lin & Tina, Bai Ji went to fly around and explored the places outside the Blood spirit palace when Tina notice something around the Jungle which is ofcourse the same angel monster that appear in the Manhua and Bai Ji fought it with everything she got, and then the later on the black sea appear rain pouring in again with army of shark sea monsters in the Walls of the Blood spirit palace just like the Manhua only differences is The Angel attack Bai Ji while talking Tina & Lin not later on. Also the convo between Bai Ji, Lin, and Tina are the same as Novel. Everything else is the exact same as mention the battle that happened at the end of the chapter. Also seem like the Sin Lord is either cunning to a coward because His strategy seem to be send his minions to do his works and then where their enemy are tired that when the Sin Lord will come and fight that exactly how Solyanda lost according to Milou though from what we remember in the old chapter Solyanda was defeated by Group of Gulan army with the Gulan Emperor and Probably Bai Jin present as well. I’m guessing Solyanda was so tired after fighting Sin Lord armies that why she lost against the Gulan invasions hence why she send Yana and others away while staying behind knowing she wouldn’t survive after that. This is from what we know in the story all chapters
P.S nice of them to bring back some old characters again for the final battle from the arc where Bai Ji get Solyanda powers & memories

If Everything goes well as plan Next chapter should be the start of Bai Ji vs Sin Lord even if the fight hasn’t start yet he should appear next chapter. Since the Battle goes on for multiple chapters in the Novel

I guess the nice angel looking creatures that we thought they were gonna look like from old chapters wasn’t so true afterall only that they got glowing aura to separate them from the darkness creatures

while I took a sneak peak at the Novel as to what happened after Sin Lord is defeated and apparently the only reason Twilight Star/MuXing survived is because she once again hid inside Lin after Everyone defeated Sin Lord she legit came and randomly stab Bai Ji with a silver knife the same way Kerr did to Bai Jin 😭😭😭 Mc keep getting backstab by those closest to her first it was by Kerr/Lilith as Bai Jin & Now it by Lin as Twilight Star/Muxing. not to mention Ji Yue stabbing Ji Bai with her golden spear while fighting Lin Tuo in the Manhua

bruh, we really got 2 entire panels with Lin before the author decided to move onto something else entirely. Tina even straight up mentions how Lin is one of the few people to know of Bai ji's dual identities only for the reader to get immediately blue-balled by a sudden monster attack before Lin even speaks a single word. My bad for expecting anything else from this author I guess.

The Tina that was talking to Bai ji right now isn’t actually Tina, it was Twilight Star, Tina never took Lin for a walk 😭😡. She was doing something else. So the shadow figure at the last chapter showing on Lin was her MuXing/Twilight Star

Also coincidentally enough you might be able to blame the Novel author for this too as well cause In the Novel the exact same thing happened this is the only convo to ever happened between the 2 no other dialogues were removed from the novel. Only differences is that the Monster didn’t suddenly attack, Tina just heard something from distance of the jungle and told Bai Ji so she went to investigate. And that when she spot the angel monster

Not really they didn’t really change anything yet as of now only how Bai Ji encounter the Angel creature in the Manhua is different than Novel, plus what I just said should happened in 4-5-6 chapter from now as my predictions
I really wonder what else the author wants to give to the Twilight Star, they already could possess people, mind-control and now shape-shifting ability into people who aren't even elves... Isn't this getting a bit too much?

Reminder: Lin is half elf if you recall or remember and in the flashback of Chestnut she possessed Chestnut’s Other Daughter and manipulate her into poisoning Lilias and making that possessed child the New Ruler. As Long as Elf blood runs through someone then that person can be possessed by Twilight Star. Chestnut’s Husband being secretly an Elf than a vampire.
Edit: Oh wait you meant who she posted as nvm but the mind control part still apply to what I said here in this message, also it no surprised consider Twilight Star is technically a devourer/god too like Bai Ji & Sin lord & all the other people in the previous arc from the whiteness angel side so I guess she has many abilities she hasn’t shown them yet
