Assuming it's the size of an actual real life fox, I wonder how one would use it for gear, & if its even applicable for that like a displacer beast.

probably to hide stuff, like making a hidden weapon or maybe making traps, if not, they would need a lot of foxes to make an actual camo suit ... or maybe one of those foxes killed their dad or someone close to them (as yajin mentions his swift movement more of an adventurer rather than for a blacksmith/designer).

Smart take on religion by the autor, we based our morality on religion, few authors have the courage or the effort to create or even to quote some sort of religion. Good to see it anyway

There was a long delay for this release while I travelled to Japan to understand the struggles of a mangaka with no aircon in a heatwave.

In this episode, Yajin wastes all the tension he built up in the last episode, and he joins the Mormons.

Wow, every chapter I'm saying "give him a goddamned break!!" and now that it's finally happened it feels incredibly... wrong?
like what gives, these people are being too nice and accepting and didn't steal his kidneys the instant he passed out, what the actual hell is going on?!

i mean i'm happy for him (the suspense of the last chapter kinda got tossed out the window but oh well, I guess) but this atmosphere is bizarre for this series and it positively fills me with dread what kind of absolute shitstorm is waiting for him on the other side of this metaphorical eye of the storm he's found himself in
