I think she just had no idea what it meant (we are kinda privileged since we know of the past).

With only the name, all they know is that she lost her memories after almost dying but ended up learning how to fight - something attributed to unlocking her special power that she did not before.

Which is one of the points of the possibility of not being a possession, but just losing the present memories and getting the past life's instead:

despite how she acts now, everyone acts like it was normal. as if that would be how she used to act when given free-reign if not for being taught otherwise.

not just from her servants, but anyone who knew her before seemed to have no thought about it being someone else.
even the brother's trap earlier was based on how she would act before - which is how she acted now.

if she was acting like a different person, there would be much more suspicion.
