I think I've said it somewhere but this manga is pretty much Gintama without the gags. The theme of gokudo starts and stays along the way even with the "cheerful" format of isekai and gb. I think every man, even if they are not familiar with Yakuza mentality and all that stuff, can relate or at the very least understand the romance of this.

is this self-insert for trannies? if so, i must steer very clear

It's pretty mediocre.
Every problem is solved by the MC hitting things harder and s/he is never really challenged.
The worldbuilding isn't notable. Standard Demon King is coming with generic fantasy races.
The only neat side characters are the Dragon Prince and Dwarf Girl, but they're not part of the MC's party and don't factor in as much as they should.

You'd be better off reading Faraway Paladin, Reincarnated as a Sword, The Slime Isekai, or The Spider Isekai (at least until she gets that evolution).

I know not everyone is into yuri, but MagiRevo is flatout better than this on every level, to include art. I'm in Love with the Villainess has better interpersonal dynamics. Please Bully Me, Miss Villainess has a better MC + LI/BF dynamic.

this is interesting, good manga and I recommend this manga if you like yakuza genderswap-isekai MC. (she's badass though)
but unfortunately I can't get used to the art, not my cup of tea.
