You can really tell Yukinobu has been a veteran mangaka for a while. People know him as Fujimoto's assistant but he was brought in to help as the senior artist. I'm glad hes finally getting his flowers with Dandadan, thanks to his editor telling him to draw whatever he wanted

I could recognise by page three who was drawing this.

Also, for anyone else as confused as I was, this isn't new. Seems this oneshot was released april 2019, pretty much two years before Dandadan started serialisation.

Also also, while I apreciate the efforts that went into translating and providing us this great oneshot…
