The panel layout and drawings were done quite poorly this chapter, I barely understand what's happening. Did Eleonore spawn a lot of shadows from herself? Where did the enemy shadow go? Did she teleport to some other place, why isn't she behind him like she was a moment ago after he blocked a strike aimed at her? How does she have time to fall to her knees dramatically, if an enemy puppet was about to attack her and the enemy shadow - attack MC?
Meh, this arc is stupid, even the bullshit enemy that isn't corporeal when you attack him but somehow can attack you, and it appeared out of nowhere. The previous plot was much better.

That’s my favorite thing about the villainess genre. It is a battle against fate, which demands that the villainess die/suffer

even the bullshit enemy that isn't corporeal when you attack him but somehow can attack you, and it appeared out of nowhere. The previous plot was much better.

That’s a pretty common ability for ghost enemies, only turning solid when it goes to attack. Heck, you can see on page 7, that mc s kick connected just as the ghost dude reached out to touch them/attack
