That’s my favorite thing about the villainess genre. It is a battle against fate, which demands that the villainess die/sufferA man who loves this woman, and she loves him. Forsaken by fate, they will strive to save each other from death.
That’s a pretty common ability for ghost enemies, only turning solid when it goes to attack. Heck, you can see on page 7, that mc s kick connected just as the ghost dude reached out to touch them/attackeven the bullshit enemy that isn't corporeal when you attack him but somehow can attack you, and it appeared out of nowhere. The previous plot was much better.
