#TeamTakenoko all the way. Kinoko (also sold as Chocorooms stateside) are technically biscuits - the texture is like an animal cracker with a piece of milk chocolate on top. Takenokos (used to be sold as Chococones) are actually cookies - think small pucks of shortbread but with a piece of milk chocolate on top.

Of course, that’s 2 Meiji products pretending to compete against each other. If it’s an actual Japanese chocolate bar, nothing beats Black Thunder (ブラックサンダー). If you are flirting shamelessly with the SigOth, gun for the Pocky.
