Damn straight, The entire manga has shown her to be a free spirited girl, if you pay attention to their past and her past interactions it clearly shows that she's not a slut/whore
For example the chapter about their past there are rumors about her obviously false (proven later, continue reading I'll come to it) and Seto don't care about such rumors which got her interrested in him (friendly and teasingly at the beginning)
Then there is the chapter where a dude ask her out and she flat out reject him, she then explains to Seto that there are guys like that who tries to get close to her because of the rumors around her (Here she proves that she's not a slut/whore) and she tell Seto that she has no time to waste on those not close and important to her (Her friends, Ambitions to become a hairstylist and Seto)
Then her feelings for Seto thorough are shown to start as friendly( he's funny be around and tease) into something more, it develop into like and it's shown that she clearly is interested in him but wants him to man up and ask her out which is why she throw him signs and tease him
