No idea TBH, but the fact the MC of that series seemingly continues to rent his girlfriendS with barely any progress with them in like 200+ chapters puts him at a level under Saotome by default.

At least Saotome has some romantic understanding with Hanako, and they actively do stuff together. And, y'know, Saotome gets to do stuff, instead of being a pants pisser forever (or jorting them by imagining himself being cucked).
