Yeah, it's really unfortunate when they fall into this cycle. I mentnioned it in a comment 100 or so chapters ago, but I think the thing to remind yourself with some of these is they're not really romance series, they're harem comedies. The harem hijinks is the point, not the potential for any real romantic progress. This one has REALLY fallen into that though, which is unfortunate because the beginning was refreshingly well-written and deft at avoiding the usual miscommunication-related harem problems.
