I had the same reaction as Kuzuhana...Takae, stop wasting time with internal monologues and make the plot progress.
Also the fact that Takae thinks Saotome realized her feelings means she doesn't really know him.
But it's also true that Kuzuhana needs to be more proactive because while she's clearly ahead of the competition, the current Saotome won't confess to a girl by his own initiative.

I think Kuzuhana is still the most possible winner here out of the girls. As much as we are seeing the other girls getting more and more to the end point, with them confessing they like MC, they still do it in a round-about way that denser than brick Hodaka still overthinks their confession.

Also, the sub-text is what is most important here. Sure the others have confessed their feelings to him, but they keep on ignoring the most important thing here; what he feels. They all just keep pushing themselves onto MC, but time after time it's only Kuzuhana that knows and sees what he's feeling most of the time.

Honestly, I am actually enjoying this development. It really shows Kasumi's issues without making them obnoxious. Or rather, it's a very good mental profile of the exact kind of dumbass she always was presented as.

TBH, I am honestly loving this arc. We are finally getting all the girls forced to deal with their issues, one by one and seeing exactly how are they fucking it up.
