I don't mind the excitement over the common sense, but why just go over it and don't unravel the misunderstanding/find the perpetrator imminently? Just let it stay however it was set up seems off to me. So where is the praised common sense in that?

Yeah this really goes to show how low standards are for harem manga. The MC almost gets set up as a low tier sex offender and his concern is not ruining a stupid swim trip?!?
