FFS why does it always have to be against him? It would be way more interesting if he had a Yuno Gasai type yandere threatening Kuzuryu to stay away from him - she may be stronger but a yandere will trap, poison, or whatever other means necessary to dispose of their rivals. But no, FMC faces zero real threats besides some trash level "rivals" which only serve to cockblock and stir up jealousy and misunderstanding.
In a school full of girls I can't believe there can't be at least one yandere and with him as the only guy, he's the only one to stalk and become obsessed to psycho levels over.
@Islandpleb Its about social rep too. Most of the school still begrudges him just because he's a guy and thats how the first few chapters laid it out, so even if he reports it and it's believed, she can still destroy his social status with rumors. Also, men often aren't believed and women rarely face any real consequences. Its pointless. Even in real life female abusers get off with little to no punishment and are charged less statistically for the exact same crimes.
