Wow, rereading this for like the 3rd time, and I JUST noticed a nifty detail that foreshadows a certain twist... Lufasu says "A world without photos" and Diina doesn't ask about what is a photo, which only exists in "the other world".

Can't say I like the changes they made compared to the novel, all of them are just minor changes, but I still don't like them.

In the novel, mc gave the golem to the village before going to hunt the orcs, so that if some orcs or something attacked the village, they would be safe and she would be able to get her pay.

Here, she just randomly gifted it to the village before going away >.>

Poor orcs. Between the bestiary description and that they are given dialogue (they're given grunting noises in the anime), they got massacred for a bag of coin and stat items. Did they kidnap the girls or were the girls put in a safer area as they were under attack? The fact that we find out Lufas can mind control and manipulate other devilfolk to stand down and her/their grave is full of riches let's me know how extreme this first act back in this world is. It's worse in the anime since Lufas justifies the act by saying humans and orcs aren't meant to get along. Ooof.
