@epicredeemer it is clearly another scene, but I don't know who she is, who he is, why they are there, why they were fighting and terra was entirely unknown too (up until an introductory box long after she first said his name). Feels like a lot of prelimenary scenes are missing.

edit: and yeah, I don't think she is the goddess. the author loves pulling a "is she? is she not?" recurring annoyance with that character ever since she was introduced around ch 1, which is why it lost its tension entirely to me. If the author actually is making good foreshadowing tho (and it isn't just an accident), it seems to me that this Gaia demon/human guy is the goddess. He is described as a mc-ish guy, and throws accusations at his 'dad', while also only the outsider (lufasu) think of him as an impossibility.

I like that they're acknowledging the fact that Diina's really suspicious. Gives me hope that they're not going for the obvious twist.

I guess the WN readers would know, but those guys can keep their spoilers to themselves.

@feha Luna is one of the Seven Luminaries (aka Demon Special Forces), and she was getting beat into a coma by Lufasu's servant the Goat constellation (whose name I'm not even going to try and type out), who was one of the original Demons of that world.

@HDMI1 thanks, so they were introduced in earlier chaps and I (assume I) had just forgotten them (and the fight that they were having. Which apparently author for no reason split to be depicted parallel alongside scorpion as they happened in same time-span). Your description tickly fuzzy memories, enough that I now feel like I got a light grasp on who is who (particularly as I first thought seven luminaries were the constellations mc owned, like scorpio & libra. good you mentioned it was demons forces, stuff makes much more sense now) :)

I don't read the raws, so here are what we know from the translated novel.

Here's some more spoilery details.
If you don't want the details, go to the end.

In the latest translated chapter, it was stated that it was possible for an avatar to escape the control of their main body.
I don't know if the avatar in question is a special case or not (it isn't an avatar of the goddess at least), but I still decided to assume for now that all avatars can become rogue.

Also, during a few seconds during which Ruphas was fully unleached (and during which she had enough power to casually destroy the solar system), Ruphas stated that she had predicted that she would be sealed and that Ophiuchus was moving in the shadow to help her. And she talked of Ophiuchus as a she.

Finally, when the Goddess gave her power to someone so that they could at least kill the Twelve Stars, Dina did something that obviously went against the Goddess's will to help Ruphas.

So, here's my guess.

Dina is probably a rogue avatar of the goddess.

"You... Lufasu-sama... You're actually... a guy?"

We've been following this Lufasu for so long that it's easy to forget, isn't it? But I like that in this chapter the Isekai part has got more focus, from Lufasu showing a lot of meta awareness of Prince Terra ("Go explode!" 😄) to Lufasu and Diina talking about things only real-world players would understand, such as yanderes and dating sims.

The part about the sexual urges is a bit sad, though. Perhaps "I don't feel anything looking at women" may beg the question "What about men?", but something tells me it isn't that either.
