I used to read this manga on the scanlator's website(since they upload there a lot earlier than here), but for some reason they(and a few other scanlator sites too like Philia) changed their frontend to a new format and now every image looks horrible to read on their sites, so I'm using only mihon and dex to read lul.

She has two partners now (Lily and Arisa). It was strongly implied that they were doing things while they slept together. Except that Ren is kinda needy and they aren't enough to satisfy her, so she sneaks off in the middle of the night to finish the job apparently.

I don't really get it, but it seems like the art style has deteriorated overtime.​

I went to look at the artwork on the cover and couldn't help but notice the Art on the cover and the manga art too has deteriorated a bit when compared to the 1st volume.(The cover art is drastically different in comparison)

Not that i can draw shit. Just an observation. Usually in most cases mangaka's art style improves drastically in a long run. Its a little bit opposite here.
