@Arteme
That seems like tangential experience at best, since the actual events described cannot happen in reality.
But whatever. Would I be fine if I was bodyswapped? Sure, as long as the new body wasn't in a worse physical state than my current one... I'd rather an upgrade than a downgrade. Shame I can't get one though. This particular identity has burnt through all its replay value. I've been tired of it for decades.
I'd also rather it be as symmetrical as possible. Gender isn't important, though I'm kinda bored of male body so I guess female body would be a more interesting experience... or something else entirely, just so long as it has bilateral symmetry. That said, I've never been an octopus either. That would be interesting. I'd probably freak out if any of the external organs were stuck on one side only though. Ew.
Obviously I'd be far more concerned about losing all my gaming data. Just imagine not being able to play my game collection ever again. That would be a really bitter experience. Changing out my body would be no different to buying a new controller when the old one is breaking down.
Anyhows, I've no idea precisely what you're referring to by "toxic masculinity". It sounds like one of those silly political terms that people like to throw around to push their own agenda on others. Can't blame them for that, I suppose, but my agendas don't have such terms. My agendas don't have genders either.
And there isn't a man "inside" that body. Consciousness is just software. It isn't like some homunculus with its own genitals or whatever. If the consciousness has decided it is fine with being female then who is anyone to argue with that? If female bodies are getting it on, the yuri tag fits.
