Snow White's name as a character is better known to most Japanese as Shirayuki, while Yukishiro is more about representing the whiteness of an object when compared to snow,
Although, the more accurate translation of Snow White is indeed Yukishiro.
So if Hasebe named the leopard Yukishiro because he thought of Snow White, that means Hasebe is a fan of the original translation.

At this point, I think them having a bad first impression and turning out to be nice is a cliche too. Same with having a good first impression and turning out to be evil. Just being friendly has been done a lot too, but at least it doesn’t feel forced.

The entire guild setting is overdone. Can we have competing privately owned guilds instead of public guilds? Maybe the character’s aim is to save up to start their own guild. Or maybe the noobs are forced into sizeable squadrons annd sent on missions, until they are promoted sufficiently to choose their team and mission. Or perhaps there is no guild, just a military with a flexible team-management system.

I hate isekai.
