y'know when i read the comments and the mean score of this manga i always kept thinking "really? its not that bad", but goddamn was the mix of comedy and serious done atrociously here.

how in the living hell do you show the readers in the most serious and dramatic way, the mc almost getting buried alive by someone, and then a few hours later, we just pretend that this moutherfucker didnt just commit near murder, and just turn it into a gag by poking him in the eyes....like are the characters just cool with him now? man is a PSYCHOPATH

@dojinshi This is the whole point of this manga - to create a gruesome cliffhanger and then anticlimacticaly solve it. No edgy teenager deaths or anything.
And I enjoy it

cause what i said has nothing to do with "edgy teenager deaths" simply the fact that a teacher tried to legitimately kill a boy, and then they were suddenly cool with each other after a quick 'slap on the wrist'

sorry man but thats not the 'point' of the manga, you're perfectly allowed to enjoy it, but dont give me bullshit excuses like that

im not here to argue so instead id like to know your perspective since you see things different. how did you feel reading this chapter? how do you feel about the teacher, and about how he might try to do this again in the future, and how no one is worried about that. you made a comment in the last chapter claiming that the situation was 'hardcore' so since it lead to nothing, what did you enjoy about it? im open to ears rather than a "just dont read 4head" statement.

This is an edgy romcom without edgy deaths. And I don't defend it, it's trash. But here's a question: why are you even reading this trash, if you like realism in manga and don't like quirkiness of this manga?

I don't feel anything, since this author won't kill of any of his characters, that's for sure.
This is a fiction, that doesn't even take itself seriously. What is there for me to worry about?

I said it was "hardcore" before, indeed (are you keeping an eye on me, huh? Weirdo. ), but it's not because I was shocked or anything. It was just unexpected and kinda funny, I guess? Oh whatever, just go read some other manga to your taste. Or even better, read a book with some actual plot in it.

in that case, i dont see why you're looking at my comments so harshly then, am i not allowed to say what i find laughably bad about a manga that attempted to cram both a serious and funny scene and ends up failing at both? people love to shit on school days for example and pick it to pieces, but this is different because you think "realism" is the issue here?

"this is a fiction that doesn't even take itself seriously" thats the thing, it clearly did in this scene where it tried to raise tension and be serious with this teacher only to then remove it by being like "oh silly me! i almost buried you alive? haha it was just a prank dude" (gets slap on the wrist)
i think its hilariously bad and called it out, and you defended it saying thats the point of the series, which I disagreed with, i dont think thats the point of the series, i just think this series is being executed awfully.

im gonna keep reading this manga, and ill feel free on shit on it whenever the hell i want, because just like you, i think its trash, just the fun kind thats fun to criticize

And it’s totally fine to critisize a manga and to continue to read it at the same time.

And the fact that mc was fine after being buried alive is one of the dumbest things i’ve seen lol.
