Been awhile since I've seen this updated.
And.. the gender swap tag got removed?

I mean the Norden disputed territory also includes southern Sweden, the region of Scania.Heck, most countries are annexed by their larger neighbors in this world. "Germany" here starts out with the entirety of Austria, Czechia, Switzerland, modern-day Poland (presumably much of which is disputed with "Russia"), the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg (the Low Countries presumably being the disputed territory in regards to "France"), Denmark (disputed territory contested with "Scandinavia"), and even Hungary and Slovakia (contested with "Romania") and Slovenia. "Russia" gets its pre-WW2 Soviet holdings in light of this, and "Italy" seems to have gotten the rest of the Croatia, which would probably make "Slovenia" disputed territory in regards to them. Not exactly the place for the small, plucky underdog nations of irl history (especially as "Romania" - Dacia, mostly just served to get pwned and annexed). There is a sorta Yugoslavia, tho, that includes Bosnia to Bulgaria (minus Montenegro, presumably taken over by Italy) based on the chapter 14 map, so who knows how they'll fare.
Clever comment. But they did have a lot of manpower to throw at the Germans, they lost 28m soldiers and civilians in the war, compared to I think 8M GermansObviously this is a fantasy word, but given how much it borrows in aesthetics & early war tactics from WW1, and in politics, equipment and elements of strategy from 2, it is amazing how many of our real life misconceptions about the Soviet army made it into the Federation.
Now, I'm not sure what extent of her dialogue is meant to be taken as factual information, or just her own biases, but just to address the 2 biggest elephants in the room:
The myth about a lack of rifles is originates from a very, very small number of such situations irl and the one Stalingrad movie. Please note that none of the situations remained unaddressed for long, and they did not involve units any larger than a single battalion. On the contrary, for most of the war the Soviets enjoyed a marked advantage over the Germans in terms of personal firearms, especially when it came to production of submachine guns.
Two, the Soviets did not obtain a 2:1 advantage over the Germans in terms of manpower until Kursk, and a 3:1 until early 1945. Their primary advantage lay in fire-support, particularly artillery, mortars and anti-tank guns.
Chill dude, this is a free translation. It's a work of love, I just hate that you guys promise things you can't deliver, and that's lame. I've been learning Mexican and reading in the other scan, it's awful, like what is a broma, but honestly it's better than wait for a single chapterIt’s been a while since the last update we made to this project. We were actually working on it in secret with the goal of bringing a big update we have planned. This was set to happen once I returned, since some chapters are handled by me (News) and others by Danns.
But today I’m not only here to talk about that, I’m also here to bring the news you’ve been waiting for. As I mentioned before, we are working on corrections for chapters 92–105, but since this is taking more time than expected due to the small team we have and other issues that come up, we’ve decided on a new way so that you can receive all the chapters we have completed so far, and then we’ll go back and correct them.
The idea is that in each chapter we’ll leave a first comment indicating its status. For example, in the comments of chapter X there will be something like:
“This chapter has been corrected” / “This chapter has not been corrected.”
This way, readers on Mangadex can enjoy the best quality possible. This update, where we will upload chapters 92 to 105, will take place on September 5th. On that day we’ll be uploading the chapters in the way I just explained.
We also want to apologize in case you felt that we abandoned you or that we didn’t intend to release the project to the public. That was never on our minds. The reason we didn’t release everything all at once is because we had a bad experience on Mangadex before. That’s why, before uploading even a single extra chapter, we prefer to have a proofreader check that there are no mistakes in the translation or that words in the typesetting aren’t oddly split apart, among other issues.
Also, to clarify, it’s not that the translation is super bad or anything like that—it’s just that we want you to have the most polished product possible. For example, in this chapter there were only minor translation mistakes, nothing serious.
If anyone would like to help us with proofreading and speed up the process (which will begin on September 5th once all chapters are uploaded here), you can contact us on Discord.
With the same logic, you could say that the Allies as a whole "overwhelmed Hitler with cannon fodder". Which is nonsense even within the framework of the initial critical mistake of the war on two fronts. At least 10 million of this figure were civilians who were exterminated as part of the Holocaust and other Nazi approaches to the civilian population of occupied territories (13,684,448 or even 17,931,600, to be precise). Secondly, any numerical advantage was completely leveled by the fact that the German army was then the best in the world and was able to occupy significant Soviet lands in record time before the Soviets could come to their senses and begin to give a serious fight back. This is also taking into account the fact that Germany was fighting on two fronts. Real war is not a computer strategy game where everything can be solved simply by building more units.Clever comment. But they did have a lot of manpower to throw at the Germans, they lost 28m soldiers and civilians in the war, compared to I think 8M Germans
They had a massive advantage in Artillery and Aerial supremacy, and numerical superiority, in Elsass-Lothringen they struggle to advance even with all of that due to inexperience and our utter resistance. With massiver resources, Artillery and Aerial supremacy, there's no way we would defeat them. It was over from the start and Hitler is a moronWith the same logic, you could say that the Allies as a whole "overwhelmed Hitler with cannon fodder". Tell that to the 400,000+ of your fellow citizens who gave their lives so that you could write about it. Even though he was an idiot who made a number of critical mistakes in the war, Hitler still had the best army in the world at the time, which had captured almost all of Europe and killed millions of civilians. And that's not to mention Nazi allies like the Romanians who occupied my mother's town in western Ukraine or participated in the expeditionary force that attacked my hometown. They had a massive advantage in Artillery and Aerial supremacy, and numerical superiority, in Elsass-Lothringen they struggle to advance even with all of that due to inexperience and our utter resistance. STOP FUCKING HATE UKRAINE, YOU USELESS NITCH.We are dealing with a fictional version of Russia in the first half of the 20th century, so Ukraine being part of Russia should hardly surprise anyone even outside the framework of the above-mentioned conquests. It was so common at the time that many Russians and even Ukrainians still cannot comprehend that Ukraine is now a separate country.
