The premise reminded me of Hyper Police. But "a bit" more serious.
That aside, it's incredible feat to integrate whole different, erm, "people" into society less then in generation.

Oww, the edge. The art is gorgeous but God everything else is just shit, what's up with this dumb character and setting? Youkai is just flat out evil here and somehow they just integrate with the human in less than five years?

Liked the premise and setting, but the story deflates almost inmediatly and the characterization is quite edgy bad. Would be nice if the author stops forcing creepy faces to give out their personalities or intentions.

"Oh wow, that lady over there with the grin or being extremely polite or helpful with no reason looks suspicious, let's see how this goes. It's not like I've read dozens of mangas with the same character whatsoever". Then in the next panel or page she does an edgy creepy faces and confirms it. Come on.

I agree that for now, lot of characters acting so cliche with their edginess.

Then again, for me its not really distracting since the premise overall is already pretty edgy. JSDF utilize a Yokai penal black unit to gain more influence? Damn, that already pretty edgy for me. Even Magical Asuka basic premise is less edgy than that.

So far it still entertaining so I will see how this will goes.
