Also, normally all of those panels implying fights would have been ... you know fights/chapters. We see the axe-hammer showing its face after being rumored and/or being true. I heard it was axed but wasn't sure but this chapter is all but confirmation.

I enjoyed the ride (minus the edgelord-ish antagonist) and will read until the end.

Nah, the reason the fights weren't shown is because that's not what this arc is about. They would've distracted from the focus: Yatsuki's meeting Rokka. The fights in clips shows us the dedication and unity of the group, the fact that they'll fight together and defend Yatsuki.
It has over 20 chapters left, if you get canned they don't give you that long to wrap up. Bleach, one of the biggest series in WSJ history, got three chapters to wrap up when it got canned, this series isn't deserving of almost 10x the chapters.
