I think they are recreating this manga, found it in an aggregator site and it has 4 chapters also looks different

To be fair, the main shtick this manga had going for it was Reiko being (a) cute (b) OP (c) utterly deranged. And it didn't do a good job of showcasing it - so frankly, it could've ended ten chapters earlier, and nothing of much value would've been lost.

I just finish the anime, checked the manga and was axed ... I have a big question, What is she? Why is she so overpowerful?
