@ngkn92 so for about 300g of chicken I use 60ml / 4 tablespoons (or to feel ) of each (half a cup of each for 500g)
put them all in a pot boil and stir so the sugar disolves then simmer
chop the chicken up and brown it
mix a little corn starch into a a little soy sauce (this is to thicken up the sauce so purely optional) and pour it into the sauce stir then pour the sauce into the pan that has the chicken cooking then put on rice and there you have some teriyaki chicken on rice
