literally nothing has changed about the tone or genre of this manga. everyone who is complaining of this clearly needs to reread.

moving on from that. from an strategic standpoint i can see nadare's logic of putting the blame on kogarashi. had he, the yatahagane, not shown up and stayed at yuragi inn (an event im still not completely convinced was not somehow arranged by a third party specifically to stir the pot of the supernatural community btw) then everyone staying there would never have grown in the ways they did. as a direct result of him being in their lives they were inspired to become greater than they were, and the inn itself pretty much contains enough power to be a side onto itself in the stalemate between the three great families. Anyone planning any sort of military action on any of the three family sides would need the yuragi inn and its residents destroyed before they could enact their plans. especially since the yuragi inn alliance could very well result in a cease fire and peace between the three families considering who lives there.

so really the question that i hope will be answered is: "Who the hell benefits from the families remaining in conflict?"
