My bet is Chiyoko x Mafuyu:
1) The rule of surprise/opposites: since Sakina likes Chiyoko and Mafuyu likes Sakina, their initial crushes will remain unrequited and a new pairing will be born from the experiences Mafuyu and Chiyoko are going to have together. There would be no plot if any of the other pairings manifested, and there has to be a pairing with the MC, which brings me to:
2) The rule of titles: (descriptive) titles are typically significant. Yuri starting with slavery means the MC is most likely going to end up with Mafuyu, otherwise why would the manga be called that. It's like if Nisekoi ended up with anyone but the heroine hinted with the title ("Fake Love", so the arranged partner from chapter one) winning, or if "Alya sometimes hides her feelings in russian" ends up with anyone but Alya winning. The premise is in the title.
