How do i know this? I checked out The Teen Web Novelist is a Girl Magnet WN a few days ago. Utako is actually Yuta's (the MC) sister, so Souta makes a few appearances there. It's also mentioned that Ishizu lives alone and the other girls that were around him left to do their own thing.

Oh, and they are planing to get married. Souta and Yuto had some bonding time and that was mentioned, Yuta even calls him brother in law.

Keep in mind that this could have been retconned in the WN. We don't know for sure because this WN was deleted for some reason...

As for the spoiler, i was sure this would be a full on harem ending like the one mentioned in the spoiler, since this world allows polygamy.
But my biggest surprise (aka fail) was that i didn't even notice that this is the same Souta and Utako until the very ending. There is and epilogue ch where Souta and Yuta were bonding that i mentioned above. That was a facepalm and a half

It's not like there aren't other stories in this universe where the ML ends up in a monogamous situation (the yandere twin sister tale and the one with the LN illustrator and the gyaru come immediately to mind -- even if the latter does make one slight exception).

Oof. Guess I'm dropping this series. Here's hoping the adjacent series with Yuta doesn't go down the same route. That'll be bland, trite and disappointing as all hell.
