Why did no one upload this for 2 whole years?

I mean, if those ideas were rejected then surely it must've had some sort of problem. You cannot just run wild with your writing in your first serialiazation.
It's hard to find because its not listed on the blog site, and I only knew it was there because of a thread on /a/ a long while back.

Why does this profession have a higher sickness rate than anime characters in rain?
They don’t necessarily. It’s more like that it gets made public if a creator takes a sick leave, then (if for example) someone from sales takes a sick leave. Also, he takes a long sick leave after 10 years of drawing (this manga and the sequel), which doesn’t seem to be much more often than the general populace.

Sick leaves, as I'm familiar with them, are rarely longer than a week. If they are, it's someone with chronic health issues, and those aren't particularly common. The equivalent number for manga creators, relatively speaking, seems disproportionally high for me.

As people mentioned earlier when they take a sick day it gets announced.

But main reason is due to several factors stress. Very busy schedule with deadlines. Sitting for long periods of time.

Diet or lack thereof. Sleep or lack of sleep. Manga artist are just busy so it’s no wonder they get sick often.

While it as a joke question since I kinda knew the answer, thanks for answering.

That schedule is sick. It's just not sustainable.

And that's why I try to not complain about short or infrequent releases. It's not as if they're lazying around.

Thanks for translating this. Only recently found it but it's been one of the most enjoyable reads for a long time.
