Some time ago I read Nidome no Yuusha and Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari and thought I'd like to read something where fantasy hero is betrayed and goes crazy, or just bad from the beginning.

Helck seems like a good fit. Although, the "yuusha" isn't actually evil. He is out to take revenge against the humans, so he joins the Demon Army.

I've always been particularly fond of Shut Hell, a historical manga. After all of her comrades were brutally killed in battle, the MC basically becomes this super amazing feral wolf-like fighter, bent on getting revenge against the Mongols. There's a little bit of time travel mixed in, too.

Besides some things already mentioned, What might fit "bad from the beginning" (although I'd say more lawful neutral) is Overlord. https://mangadex.org/title/14048/overlord

The MC finding himself stuck in a new world isn't interested in getting home. He just decides on conquest. The NPCs his guild had made have all become real, and are all quite powerful but lacking humanity/mercy/empathy/etc. They are none the less fully dedicated to serving the protagonist. The protagonist (racially a Lich just as his character was) also looses his humanity as time goes by.

But he's also a "hero" as he often goes undercover (wearing full plate armor and wielding big swords despite actually being a powerful mage) as an adventurer, quickly rising to "Adamantium class". But he's only doing so to spread the fame of a name he believes others from the old game would know, so that they might seek him out. Plus it makes it easier to gather intelligence for the coming conquest. A lot of time in this series is spent on character building and world building.

Both the manga and (currently airing) Anime are sourced from a LN series - which I haven't yet read but probably should.
