I know last chapter folks were pointing out how much the series has stalled out, but christ, what even happened this chapter. We get a forced, 'we think of you as family' and the elf brother now has a wand so he's not totally useless in a fight

First few chapters were really fast but now it's getting slower.

I don't really mind small typos cause my brain autocorrects them anyway lol.

Ok now I trust Gil more than before and it was good to see him get a family he cares about.
If that vampire guy isn't defeated and his relationship with the hero isn't revealed by the next chapter then I'll be a little upset.
